SPF頻閃彩色照度計是頻閃、照度等測量功能于一體，針對現場健康照明檢測而研發的便攜式光譜頻閃測量儀，可實現快速測試。可測試閃爍百分比、閃爍指數、閃爍頻率、閃爍波形等，滿足滿足能源之星Lamps V2.1、NEMA77、CIE TN006、IEEE std 1789等標準。
